Mrs. Priya Anand Dakle, Co-Founder & Chairperson of Smt. Madibai Sardarmal Dakle School, Sanjan and partner at Dakle Industrial Plastics, is an educationist, entrepreneur and philanthropist. She is the girl next door, a wife, a daughter and a daughter-in-law who dared to redefine the role of an Indian woman in the male-monopolized world of business. Awarded with many prestigious titles like ‘Social Entrepreneur 2020’ and nominated for the Education Hero of the Year, 2020, Mrs. Priya Anand Dakle is planting the seeds of big dreams in the interiors of India.
A woman of iron spirit, Mrs. Priya Anand Dakle joined Smt. Madibai Sardarmal Dakle School when her father-in-law, the founder of the school was ready to lock its doors. Operating an affordable qualitative English Medium School in the Village of Sanjan was like speaking in a language no one understands. The parents were averse to the idea of English education as they had always seen it as a highly expensive facility which was a very high hit on the pockets of small-town people.
It was Mrs. Dakle’s stone-willed determination and relentless efforts that stirred the heart of every parent. From recording zero admissions for a year to reaching a strength of 150 plus students, Mrs. Priya Anand Dakle is the

With a knack for turning dust into gold, Mrs. Dakle’s business acumen and strategic management have also helped the company Dakle Industrial Plastics mark new milestones. She has played an instrumental role in transforming
this industry into a world-class manufacturer that flaunts a black book of multinational clients such as Bayer, Unilever Corporation, Fosroc & Syngenta. The company is also serving some of the prestigious Government projects.
Walking shoulder to shoulder with her husband Mr. Anand Maganlal Dakle, partner and backbone of Dakle Industrial Plastics, she worked on the planning and execution of a very prestigious 500 cubic metre tanks at the new Maldivies International Airport including installation and commissioning of the tanks. She also added the glorious success of
planning and executing the first ocean fish farming project in Sri Lanka aptly handling the complete supply and installation of fishing tanks seamlessly.
A leader in true spirits, Mrs. Priya Anand Dakle has not only transformed the fate of the school and company, but also changed the lives of people she crossed paths with. Be it ensuring 100 percent payment to her teaching staff
